What started as an idea blossomed into a grassroots agency built on a solid foundation of events, design, production, and creative visions. Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious social media specialist to take on a unique marketing role that thrives on storytelling on behalf of others. Expect a collaborative environment in helping to create and apply marketing strategies primarily using social media networks. You’ll also play an essential role in executing key projects and initiatives to support the growing lists of clients, events, and markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation and management of various social media channels

  • Contribute, track, and grow with critical social media KPIs

  • Manage and oversee social media content

  • Measure the success of social media campaigns to change plans for success

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

  • Use social media marketing tools such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, etc.

  • Work with the leadership to ensure content is informative and appealing.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams

  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network of opinion leaders

  • Provide constructive feedback to learn, grow, and develop methods

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of experience working in social media

  • Strategic familiarity using social media for brand awareness and impressions

  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media best practices

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

  • An understanding of social media KPIs

  • Excellent multitasking skills

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

  • Passion for storytelling and helping promote small business.

  • Must be able to navigate design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
